Chenrayan Senthil
Chenrayan (Gowri) Senthil is a battery scientist received his doctorate at the SRM University.
After his master's in 2009, joined CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute to work on Li-ion battery project fund by General Motors.
He received Ph.D in electrochemistry in 2018 for his work on carbon nitrides as functional materials for Li-ion battery.
Joined as a Post-doctoral Researcher and later Group Leader at the Kyung Hee University, South Korea in 2018 exploring Li-ion and Na-ion batteries.
Moved to Gyeongnam National University (GNTECH) in 2020 as a post-doctoral associate to work on next-generation batteries.
Later as a Senior Researcher from 2021/06 to 2023/05 and as a Research Professor till 2024/05 at Gyeongsang National University, South Korea.
Currently, a Research Professor in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Gyeongsang National University, South Korea.
